Cabo Soft Dental Care, Los Cabos dentist Dr. Rosa Pena formerly with Angels Touch Dental Clinic has been ordered arrested for felonies against Los Cabos dental professionals and David Mandich - Pena's former husband and co-owner of the NOW CLOSED Angels Touch Dental Clinic.
Warning: Defendants Dr. Pena and her boyfriend Enrique Ilitzsky in an attempt to avoid civil judgements have changed the clinic name to Cabo Soft Dental Care from Angels Touch Dental Clinic after losing in Federal Court in May 2011.
Charges against Dr. Pena & Ilitzsky: Cabo Soft Dental Care's Enrique Ilitzsky and Los Cabos dentist general dentist Dr. Rosa Pena have been charged with criminal felony crimes and civil claims including charges for civil damages, dental fraud against patients, extortion, felony defamation, posting malicious misinformation on the internet, tortuous business interference, lying to the court, filing false criminal charges against victims, corrupting the legal system and others.

UPDATE: JANUARY 2011 Criminals Pena and Ilitzsky paid for an AMPARO which is essentially a restraining order on their arrests pending their trial.
Bottom Line for the Dental Tourist: What all this really means to you the dental tourist is that these two criminals have been frauding patients by convincing them that general dentist Dr Pena is a qualifed specialist for dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and other specialties when she is not. The results are that patients have had to have their implants, crowns etc. redone by certified specialists. Her in-house specialists quit years ago. Now she learns by practicing on patients at their expense.

Los Cabos dentist Dr. Rosa Pena continues to fraud patients by attempting specialist dental work without advanced dental specialist training. Dr. Rosa Pena is now learning at her patients expense at Cabo Soft Dental Care with mixed results - typical of dentists who are under-trained.

Los Cabos dentist Dr. Pena's patients have had dental makeovers with the crowns set too tightly, implants that had to be redone, and perfectly healthy teeth wrongly extracted when she was attempting periodontal work.

Cabo Soft Dental Care dentist Dr. Rosa Pena does not have formal specialist training in endodontics, dental surgery for implants, or cosmetic dentistry. She is not accredited. Yet she is fraudulently being promoted as a specialist by her time-share salesman boyfriend Ilitzsky. Patient complaints have been filed for mis-treatments and can be searched online.
- There are many Board Certified Dentists in Mexico (and in Cabo). The dental tourist need only search - Mexico Board Certified Dentist to find one.

The cost for a Board Certified Mexico dentist is the same as for an under qualified general dentist, dental school drop-out or lab tech in Mexico. These scammers often promote themselves as Dental Specialists and are there ready to take your money while delivering often shoddy, unsafe dental treatments on large expensive dental treatments such as dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.

Insist on having a board certified specialist dentist in Mexico perform your complicated dental procedures such as dental implants, root canals, bridges, dental makeovers etc. Especially since the cost is the same as for an under-trained general dentist in Mexico.
